Understanding EMOM and AMRAP
EMOM stands for Every Minute on the Minute. A new interval starts automatically at the top of each minute. You perform your exercise within that minute, and the next round begins on schedule without requiring you to mark anything complete.
AMRAP stands for As Many Rounds or Repetitions as Possible. You set a total workout duration, and during that time you complete as many rounds or repetitions as you can. The round counter is manual — you enter your completed rounds and optional partial repetitions yourself.
